International Polyurethane Systems provides superior formulations of a wide variety of polyurethane and polyurea products. We produce high quality polyurethane systems based on polyether polyols and MDI that are suitable for a range of applications. The system properties, such as elasticity, hardness, and cure time, can be further customized to specifically suit individual customer needs.

Spray Coatings

Our two component spray coatings are designed to act as protective membranes for steel, wood, geotextiles, and foams. They are well-known in the truck box liner industry. We have both high pressure and low pressure systems which are available with a wide range of properties to suit your needs.

Casting Resins

Our casting resins are ideal for molding-making, casting parts, or coating applications where a longer cure time is desired. They are available in a range of properties, including systems that are UV stable and electrically insulating.

Binders

Our binders are one-component systems that cure by reaction with atmospheric moisture. They are designed to bind particulate matter and are typically used in pour in place applications.

Primers

Our primers are one-component adhesives. They can be used in a variety of applications as well as for a primer/sealer for wood, concrete, or other porous surfaces.

Foams

Our foams are high resilience products available in either flexible or rigid formulations. They can be used for a variety of applications including exercise mats, headrests, mold back-up, etc.

Polyureas

Our polyurea products are high performance coatings with fast cure times. They are available in a pure form or in polyurethane/polyurea hybrid formulations. They can be used for a variety of industrial applications including concrete or pipeline restoration.
